A "Year Long" Preference Date

This last saturday was my last preference! It was so much fun and it was completely crazy! I went with my best friend Eduardo, it was his first dance and he was a fantastic date!! For our day date we started bright and early, or tried too, because Bay's car broke down, so we had to wait for her (: For our day date we decided it would be fun to go on a "year long" date. We picked an activity for every month in the year! So here it goes...

January:

We counted down and celebrated the "New Year" It was way fun throwing confetti, wearing party hats, and blowing the blow sticks! It was loud and crazy! Everyone was laughing and throwing confetti at people! I got a shirt full and Ashlie got a mouth full!

February:

For our February activity we made everyone in our group some valentines and then we decorated heart shaped cookies. The boys were crazy and made cookie sandwiches! It was a Mess, but totally fun!

March:

March is prom season, so we played just dance!!! Seriously, the funniest thing ever! The boys were so funny! We wore tutu's and the boys wore matching bows. The boys did a dance to What makes you beautiful by One Direction, and us girls decided they should be a boy band! It was so funny!

We thought the boys dancing to one direction was HILARIOUS! (:

April: For April, we celebrated Easter! We dyed easter eggs, and had an easter egg hunt! Poor Brady could not find any by herself, she had to have help (:

May:

This month was hard to think of an activity, so we decided on Cinco De, Mayo! We just went outside and went to town on hitting a pinata! Only a few of us went and then Austin hit it and smacked Brayden in the face, we all started dying of laughter, and of course...Me and Ash laugh in the same EXACT position!

June:

June is when school gets out, so we got creative....We signed everyones "yearbook!" There were some pretty funny ones, and we all signed it like we really were leaving school for the year!

July:
For July, we wanted to do fireworks, but because that is kind of illegal, we just played volleyball with a red, white, and blue volleyball. It kind of turned into a throw the ball, play soccer, do whatever though, and it didn't last long, because it was pretty much cold!!

August: 
By the time we hit August, it was half way through the day date! We thought we all might be kind of hungry, so we had a "Barbeque" We had hot dogs, chips, apples, and as Ashlie's mom called it "Barbeque punch"  It was pretty delicious!

September:

September is back to school, so we wanted to do something with that, but who wants to go to school? Especially on a date! (: so we just used pencils and papers like you would at school! We played he said, she said.  It was the funniest thing ever and we got some crazy stories.  It was so much fun! Austin wrote the best story, and it made all of us laugh, but it isn't quite appropriate to post (;



October:

For october we thought it would be a ton of fun and hilarioius if we dressed up and went trick or treating! (: It was way funny getting all of the guys costumes ready and walking around a neighborhood in costumes. 

This one lady went all out and decorated her house and dressed up and made us bob for apples!  Colton was a cat, and it was pretty much the funniest costume ever! We had a ton of fun! I was a witch, and Eduardo was a pirate (: This personally was my favorite date.

November:

For November, since we had just ate back in August, we didn't want to eat again, so we thought of the next best thing, going back to when we were cute little kiddos and we made turkeys out of our hands! Yup, preschooling it!

December:
For December, we did a white elephant gift exchange! We read a story and passed it left and right. It was way fun!! Me and Ash both got the presents we wanted! The funniest part was Brady got ANOTHER bible coloring book!! She got one at our friends Christmas party too! We also went out front and decorated one of Ashlie's trees!

This honestly was the best day date i have ever been on! I could not even believe how crazy it was! Me and Ashlie had a hard time preparing for it and it was extremely stressful but it was so much fun and totally worth all the late nights! After the day date we went and got ready and then we went to dinner. We went to Ashlie's house for Zuppa Toscana Soup, we had this freakin delicious salad and breadsticks! Then we went to my house for fettucini alfredo with awesome chicken and broccoli.  After we went to Bay's and had thee most delicious thing i ever had!! It was chocolate mousse with oreo crust and a cute little strawberry on top! I could eat that ish all day! Then we were off to the dance...

Preference was such a fun day! I had a blast and my date was a total sweetheart! (: I will never forget this dance!! 

48 hours of hardcore hangout!

So over Christmas break me and Ash were together for 48 straight hours! We said so many funny things, its almost ridiculous! We started by eating a wonderful dinner and then we watched pitch perfect which is probably one of THEE funniest movies i have seen in the entirety of my existance.  Then we went to Ashlie's house and we sat by her nice warm fire and ate chocolate hearts and then dyed her hair.  She was all panicked after i put it in because it was turning her hair darker, not lighter.  Then she went and showered and down the middle of her hair was red, and then a black ring around the top and the rest was blonde. She said, "I look like a Zebra!" Then we started to play skipbo, and it was hilarious trying to teach me how to play. After a while of playing, we decided to just go to bed, we woke up and BAM! Her hair was blonde, it was crazy.

While we were getting ready for bed the first night, i totally knocked off her nailpolish in the toilet and she made me get it out.  It took a good 10 minutes of laughing and convincing before i stuck my hand in her toilet and got it for her!

The next day was New Years Eve! We decided that we best be getting sparkly and glittery dresses for new years, so we set out on a mission to find the perfect one! We tried on so many and i kept going back to the same one. Ash said, "Kena i can see it in your eyes, your getting the pink one." So.......i bought the pink one (; We also bought shoes that matched and everything. Of course we would pick similiar shoes and dresses. We are twins.  It was way fun! Then we got home, got ready, and Brayds came over.  We ate pizza and played skipbo (again) and Taboo.  After that we were off. We went to a New Years Party where Brayds wrecked Ashy's knuckles playing air hockey. We decided to leave because we were feeling way awkward because it was all clearfield people. We went to pick up Brayden and then we went to Brayds grandmas and played some pretty fun games! When midnight hit we decided to go back to my house and right when it hit midnight of course Ash and Brayden had to have their New Years kiss, so me and Brayds decided we would pick the playlist for that event. It was way funny!! Then we played Taboo again and everyone had to leave.  Me and Ash went to my moms house and slept over. We were up til 3 and Ash was hilarious! She kept dosing in and out and saying a ton of funny ish.  We didn't wake up until noon and got out of bed at 4! Not really an eventful day for the last day of break, but i sure was laughing insanely hard.  It was way funny, and it was a record hangout time! (:

Tis the Season

It's Christmas time!!! (: To start off the holidays, me and my family went to cut down a Christmas tree. It was really fun riding up and driving through the snow, and then picking our very own out.  We saw one we liked, so we all got out to go get it. Well...bringing me along there is bound to be an injury occur...yup, there sure was. So i was walking across a frozen creek and slipped, but i just broke my fingernail, no big deal.  Then as i was trying to get up, i grabbed a tree branch and when i was in midair it broke and i fell and wrecked my hip. It hurt way bad and i could not put any weight on it. Dalton was such a sweetheart and carried me back to the truck.  We got home and got the tree all decorated nicely in silver and red.

At my moms house, we made gingerbread cookies (my favorite Christmas treat) and then we also decorated the tree (:



To celebrate, me and my best friends also had a super fun christmas party.  We made gingerbread houses, exchanged white elephant gift presents, and also regular presents. We also attempted to watch the Christmas Carol, but got to distracted and we were laughing so hard every single one of us was crying and all of our abs gave birth.  It was one of my favorite parts of Christmas for sure.  I am thankful for these crazy girls in my life.  They are basically the best.

My absolutely gorgeous mom, i am so thankful for her. She is most definitely has the most positive influence on my life. I love her so much, and even though i act like a brat, i would be absolutely nothing without her.  She is perfect <3
