What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas! (:

For Spring Break this year, me and my best friends decided it would be fun to go to Vegas! We started planning forever and we were super excited! We wanted a spring break to remember and not the usual lame spring break where we all just sit home and do nothing.  

Day One:  First Bay came to pick us up and we are completely ready to leave, and then Bay realizes....the KEYS ARE MIA! Great. Perfect way to start off spring break right?? Well we unpacked and repacked the car at least 4 times.  Then all of a sudden thee Amazing Ash found them in a part of a suitcase. It was a miracle. Finally we were off.  We drove, sang, made music videos, and laughed for hours.  We always had a discussion going and we couldn't wait to finally hit Vegas.  When we got there the first thing we did was get unpacked and played pool! It was way fun, and not to mention super warm! 

Day Two: On day two we did a whole lot of sight seeing! We walked the strip and got invited to tons of different clubs, parties, and anything you could think of.  This one guy walked up to us and said, "Ladies.....Y'all to young!" haahhaha. Yeah dude, we are too young to party.  It was pretty much the funniest.  We visited the Bellagio, Ceasars palace, M&M world, the Coca Cola factory, and many more.  I loved the Coca Cola factory.  We sampled all the different Cokes from around the world.  I Hated Beverly from Italy.  I would rather lick the asphalt and i'm not even kidding. I loved all the sightseeing. It was really fun, but by the end of the night, my legs were so tired.  Even i was tired, i slept crazy good.

Day Three:  STRATOSPHERE DAY! This was my other favorite part of the entire trip! It was the literal funnest!! (: I was nervous at first because the stratosphere is super super high. and then on top of that there is rides?? That is unheard of...but i guess we are in Vegas! We bought an all day pass so we could have fun on the rides during the day and then do other stuff and go back later if we wanted. First thing first, ride the rocket on the top. It was my favorite one! It was so beautiful to look out and see the entire strip and all of Vegas.  It felt like you were flying.  Then we rode the ride that shoots you over the edge.  It looks like your gonna die. and go right over the edge.  It was pretty scary, but it was still fun! The spinny ride was closed...aww sad ): so we didn't do that one during the day. We went back to the house and decided to lay by the pool. Well it turned into world war 3 and Brady pretty much killed Ash and Bay.  We also did some jumping pictures (like girls always do) After a few hours, we went to a fancy dinner at Chili's before Brayds had to go home on the bus ): After dinner, we went to drop Brayds off. It was a very emotional moment for me and the tough soccer star.  We said our goodbye's and then decided to hit up the stratosphere rides again...this time.. at night! It was even more cool and beautiful! The spinny ride was also open, so we rode that. I was so scared i was screaming and making Bay cry she was laughing so hard. There was also some drunk asians who were obsessed with taking our pictures and taking pictures with us. I will never forget this day.

 Day Four:  On day four we just chilled by the pool, did some more sightseeing, illegally walked through a parking garage, watched all of the shows on the strip, and also visited the famous....Vegas Sign.  This lady was seriously hilarious taking our pictures... "1.2.3... 1.2.3....1.2.3.Thank you ladies thats it." haha (:  We also went to City Center in Crystals. There was a ton of crazy cool things there.  It was so cool!  Another funny story from this day was a guy came up to Bay and this was their conversation
Random Guy: "Are you girls going clubbing tonight?"
Bay: "NO, i don't think so..."
Random guy: WHAT? Why not its Vegas??"
Bay: "We're just kids."

 We also visited probably my new favorite place on earth. Freemont Street. It was crazy. The lights were awesome, and us 3 were probably the only sober people there. It was the greatest.

Day Five: GO Home ): BOOOOOO!!!! I never wanted to leave.  EVER! It is so warm there, and fun. It doesn't seem like real life. I had the time of my life with my best friends. Definitely a break to remember. The End. Bye.

Festival Of Color

We all decided it would be fun to go to festival of color because Brayds and Ash kept talking about how fun it was last year. We had been counting down to it forever and we were crazy excited when it finally got here.   We decided to wear a plain white shirt so you could see all the colors and we also fell in love with and wore these neon tribal print shorts. We thought it would be cuter than cute if we matched, and everyone definitely commented on it. We all drove to Spanish Fork to the temple that was there.  It was a gorgeous temple and was a perfect setting for such a perfect fun day! We were stuck on the freeway for what seemed like weeks.  People rolled down the windows, blasted music, and it was just like a giant party on the freeway, we were seriously going .5 miles per hour.  While we were driving, these hotties talked to us and we were all jamming out. Then we see a car smoking and the girls were standing a ways away scared to death i am sure.  Well guess who went to the rescue? Yup..the Hotties! All of our hearts melted and we couldn't believe how fetching adorable it was! We almost cried and we fell in love with them even more.  We had to park seriously forever away and we had to walk over a mile to get there, but we did it and we lived.  We walk in the doors and we are instantly getting chalk thrown on us.  Random dudes also just walked up and gave us hugs all the time.  It is like a festival of love.  Everyone loves hugs and is so nice to each other.  We walked a little further in, and a dude had a "Free Kisses" sign. You best believe we jumped on it. Yup, we kissed a random stranger. Hey.... YOLO right??? We stayed forever and had a crazy good time! We were completely covered.  That definitely was a super fun day! We decided we are gonna make it a tradition cause it was that crazy.

Totally Twisted Twister

Oh Man! My friends seriously do random off the wall stuff.  So what do we do on a Saturday where we are all extremely bored?  We decide to play twister.  But it's not the typical twister you are thinking of, Nope. It was Paint Twister.  We put paint on the twister board and put on some old clothes.  We start playing and of course I always get the messiest the fastest.  The board started all nice and colored and ended up an ugly brown color and super slippery.  We seriously laughed and laughed.  After about an hour, we got into a paint fight and started throwing the extra paint at each other.  It got so crazy that Brayds decided to pick up the mat and smack Ash with it.  Brady also decided that it would be pretty yummy to eat red paint. (Not really, i threw it in her face!!!!)  After we showered off in the ice cold freezing hose outside (literally....i was a solid ice cube) we put on swimsuits and all three of us showered in Ashlie's teeny tiny glass shower.  It definitely was HILARIOUS! I love my friends for sure!

SeNiOr PrOm

So....  you'd think your senior prom would be like a dream or a fairy tale right? Well...for me....DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE. 

Pretty much as much as I'd like to believe it was super fun and a night to remember it kinda was the worst nightmare you could imagine.

I had been sick all week and i didn't know why, i thought it was the flu...This little detail is important later in the story.

My date hadn't talked to me all week so i was really concerned on what i was doing for my day date or what time i needed to be ready or anything.  Its Friday night at like 11 p.m. before prom and my date calls me...."Hey be ready at 9" I was really mad because he didn't give me enough notice and i was still feeling really sick.  So i hurried and did an emergency nail session with Ashlie and then i went to bed and set an alarm so i would be ready to go at 9.  

I got up and got ready and i was feeling really sick, i tried having a positive attitude about it so i would have fun at my prom.  Im waiting, and waiting, and finally my date calls and says "I'll be there in 15 minutes." Well....2 hours later he shows up. I was extremely mad because i could have slept in so i didn't feel as sick.  But Whatever. 

For our day date we went to Boondocks and i won the go kart race (Yes, its fine, i am just a professional driver! (; )  We also bowled where i got 2 place and then we did lasertag and also did this punching bag game where i smacked it harder then the boys. (Probably because i was so mad) 

***Oh and random side note...my group didn't really talk to me, so AWK!****

We decided to go and it was about 2:30 when i got home. My date said, "Okay, be ready in an hour."

Alright, first off....A girl can not get ready for Prom in an hour. Second off, Why the heck didn't we leave sooner.

I rushed getting ready so i would be ready on time.  I didn't get to do my hair the way i wanted because i was worried that my group would be waiting on me.  I still think i looked good though (; So 3:30 comes around and he still isn't there so in my head i am thinking, "Great, i coulda spent more time getting ready, he is late again, i don't wanna even go, i wasted a perfect dress on a terrible night, and i feel like puking my guts out." 

He shows up 2 hours late. Again. Shocker.

We missed our pictures and also our dinner reservation so we had to wait forever. While waiting a random lady came over and said, "Out of all the dresses we have seen, yours is the most beautiful." That was a plus to the night.  After we ate dinner we were finally (1 hour late) on our way to prom. 

The capital was BEAUTIFUL. I felt like a princess. We start dancing and my date ditched me. Yup. Awesome. Well...time to find the Besties. Me and Brayds hung out for a while and then i started dancing and talking to Carlos. The longer the night went on the sicker and sicker i felt, and after what felt like years, it ended and i could finally go home.  

As soon as i got home i fell on the ground and just started puking. (Sorry for the graphics, but it truly was a nightmare) It kept getting worse and worse, so my mom took me to the doctor and i found out that i had intestinal colitis. GOLDEN. Perfect ending to a perfect night. NOT!!

So really, we don't really talk about Prom, because i was super upset at my date and really sick but trying to act fine, but here are some of the pictures that i did get.
